For bodybuilding, try to do compound movements that work the lower and upper body at a previous time – A pregnancy ball is amazing for this!
If you are going to spend time exercising, you may as well go intense and give it your all. If you do not have the time or budget to hit the gym or join fitness classes, consider working out at home with your baby. As long as you get your pulse rate up and sweat intensely for no less than twenty minutes, you'll get some benefit.
Even walking can be extraordinary, if you pick up the pace and push the push chair with goal. Try and walk on different terrain, and include hills if at all possible. If you walk on a treadmill, throw in some intervals of jogging to get even more benefit from your workout routines.
